Is education myth?

Today I read one article, published on CNBC, regarding education skills of Indian Students.
Articles says that our education system some where is producing numbers , not skilled labours. Ratio of educated people is increasing but do they have skills to compete or even for survival.

Unemployment figure will answer this question and that is NO...!!!

Being in academics since last 7 years and I personally feel that what is my contribution to create employment or to add skill. As such I  teach account, that is in one semester only, but when even I tried to share something from out side and share some information with students, they are less interested. They are just interested in getting pass...that's it...!

Except skill development and employment , is education system is creating or building good citizens even? I dont think so. Our education system is also failed there. No moral studies in syllabus. No CSR activities on activity. If our education boards have focus more on character development than society would be far better and safe. There would not be any crime, accidents and emergencies. Here, education only teach how to get marks and get job. No where we teach how to build better life, citizens and society.  Education is just business these days.  Which want return any one. May be by selling degree or values but wants money only.

I dont want to give this education to my child. It may be possible that I will put my child in any ordinary school where there is no international activities are going on but I will make sure that he will do what he wants. He will surely develop some skills which will help him / her to earn his bread with happiness and live life with values and dignity.

Even I am trying from my side to add value to my work and trying hard to add skills.

Identity.....!!!

Who am I? Whats my name? Surname? and my parents? That's matter lot for all of us specially for our society.  I am son of this person, I am daughter of this lady . I am friend of XYZ and my husband is in this department. We all believe in this worldly  identity. Even we appreciate this kind of identity. But what about so call inner identity. Do we have that? on whose basis we earn this identity? mother, father, brother, friends or husband?

We earn our our identity on our own values, the way we live life and the way we lead life. But no one is interested in that. Whats value? Its our own soul who guide us for our own way of living life. Its guide us whats is right and what is wrong .

On basis of our behaviour when we create our own value and practice it daily thats call identity. Earlier identity for me was having my father's name and my own name in society but now after some incidents in life my perception have changed towards life. Wanted to earn on identity where people know only me as Hetal...change maker not as xyz's relative...........

but to make change I need make changes in my self. I have started m journey for that change. We all should start that journey soon to change world for better living place.

Take oath today to have values in life and create your own identity. 

Pinnacle of love

Happiness never comes from outside, it resides with in. We ourselves, are responsible for our happiness. The mistake most people make from the start is that they base their happiness on others. , it never work any way. People make many promises that they cannot keep and in the process set themselves up, to fail.
